I made a purchase in XXXX for {$720.00}. The order says it was delivered but it was not. A claim was filed with XXXX and XXXX determined the item was not delivered to me. The claim was approved claim # XXXX. The claim was paid to the seller on XX/XX/XXXX. The seller will not return my money so I filed a claim with Santander Bank. I provided a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX that states the the claim was investigated and the claim was paid directly to the seller. I explained this to Santander Bank but because the seller provided them with the tracking information showing it was delivered they denied my claim. I explained that is why we opened the claim with XXXX because it does show delivered however it was not delivered to me. That is why XXXX approved the claim and paid the seller. Now the seller has the {$720.00} that I originally paid and they have the {$720.00} that XXXX paid them.
