1. ) Received emails from XXXX XXXX stating a purchase made in XXXX, XXXX which I replied that I never made a purchase or have an account with XXXX XXXX. I called the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. and that I never applied for an account or purchased any items. I proceeded to freeze my credit accounts with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX and have reported to then the wrong addresses on my report and all the hard inquiries and accounts in dispute. I received a debt collection notice on XX/XX/XXXX from Convergent - XXXX # XXXX - for XXXX XXXX account XXXX XXXX requesting payment of {$2200.00}. I have notified them on-line of my dispute with this debt- identify theft/fraud. I noticed on the 3 credit reports of 2 New York addresses that are not mine and are currently being investigated -- Addresses are : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NY XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NY XXXX. My credit score has dropped due to the identify theft/fraud of my name, personal information. 2. ) Received in the mail XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX - Reference # XXXX of an account that was not approved from a XXXX XXXX XXXX card. I never applied for this credit card - again identify theft/Fraud. Please resolve this issue. Thank you.
