What happened is a bureaucratic circle by Experian to avoid removing closed accounts, old milling addresses, public information, inquiries, and late payments after specific after many attempts to remove/delete requested information from my consumer credit file. HUNDREDS of dollars spent with credit repair companies, and an exhaustive, frustrating and stressful effort on my part via letters, and attempted telephone calls. In many case my private information have been shared without my consent where permissible purpose never provided. When advised that I was affected by Experian data breach XXXX : no Credible action taken EXPERIAN : XXXX XXXX formally notified of of reporting inaccurate and incomplete credit information Online disputed in XX/XX/XXXX timeframe : agency responded XX/XX/XXXX under report # XXXX whereby requesting private information previously submitted. XXXX XX/XX/XXXX : formally notification of inaccuracies and incomplete information in credit file. The agency was requesting addition privacy information previously submitted in an attempt at avoiding to conducting required investigation. XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I lost my job due to company downsizing and potential due to my age ( XXXX ), and followed by significantly impact due to COVID-19. For more than two ( 2 ) years the agency continue to report incomplete and inaccurate information in my credit file without my consent.
