My adjustable rate mortgage can not be raised more than 2 % per year. BSI financial sent me a notice attempting to raise it 2 5/8 % a year. I have called several times to talk to the people who do not return my call. BSI has already settled with the CFPB for failing to enter interest rate loan adjustment data correctly. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed against them on behalf of all people similarly situated.
