On XX/XX/2022, I ordered model XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$240.00} using my Discover Card. In XX/XX/2022, I received the item but the item was damaged and in XXXX package, not in XXXX XXXX packaging. I notified both the seller and Discover Card. The seller told me I had no right to contact my Discover Card company. I stated that I needed to inform discover because they paid for a damaged item. The seller refused to discuss the problem with me and contacted the Discover card company directly. Initially, Discover gave me credit for the full amount. Then a month letter they sent me a letter which states that transaction is valid, and took away the credit that they gave me. I called and informed them again the product was damaged and in the wrong box. I asked them, what they want me to do next. They told me send the item to seller. I sent the item to the seller by US Postal services. After the item was delivered I sent Discover the tracking number which shows the item was received by the seller. Discover asked for a written confirmation from the seller. I sent an email to seller to confirm that they received the item. The seller sent an email indicating that they received the item. I sent this information to Discover but discover said that they already closed the account and can not do anything. More than 60 days have passed, my credit card still has not been credited for the damaged article that was returned, in spite of the fact I have forwarded them receipts of the returned product. So my credit score dropped from XXXX to XXXX. I would like my credit card credited for the purchase of the damage product that I proved was returned. Additionally, I would like negative impact on my credit rating corrected. XXXX XXXX
