On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX placed an order for buying XXXX XXXX for a sum of {$57.00} through PayPal and I never heard back form the fraudulent seller! I contacted PayPal in this regard and unfortunately they told me the transaction was made through " personal '' not " purchase '' transaction and they can not help with that! This is very frustrating for me because I am the payer told them it was for " purchase '' and the fraudulent seller made some trap in the payment to make it recorded as " personal '' and PayPal should block such frauds to happen through their website.
