I have two loans that went into repayment with Launch Servicing , LLC. I contacted the company to request a forbearance for both loans. I was granted a forbearance for both loans. I received an emailed letter from Lauch Servicing, LLC stating that the forbearance/postponement date for loan ending with XXXX begins on XX/XX/XXXX and ends on XX/XX/XXXX, with the next payment date due on XX/XX/XXXX. The second loan ending with XXXX stated that the forbearance/postponement date begins on XX/XX/XXXX and ends on XX/XX/XXXX, with the next payment date due on XX/XX/XXXX. However, when I checked my credit report, it had a negative mark for a late payment even thought I was granted a forbearance/postponement for the dates/periods stated above. I contacted Launch Servicing , LLC and was told that they are not able to remove the negative reporting, but I can dispute it with the credit bureaus.
