On Saturday, XX/XX/2022, I initiated an " INSTANT DEPOSIT '' from my XXXX TO my PNC JOINT Checking account, in the amount of {$86.00}. Between XXXX and PNC, I'm NOT getting ANY REAL answers or satisfactory resolutions. PNC on Saturday DID acknowledge an " issue '' with " 3rd Party payment applications platforms '' ; or some convenient XXXX like that. The issue was SUPPOSED to have been " resolved '' by now, and the FUNDS CREDITED. Really? I'm seeing NOTHING to that effect AT ALL. So the question is, WHERE IS THAT MONEY, and WHEN will it be CREDITED to our account? SOMEONE SOMEWHERE has that money, I'm convinced. Now, our checking account is running in the NEGATIVE, and one recurring debit card bill payment was DECLINED just TODAY for " insufficient funds ''. This would NOT have happened had that money been TIMELY CREDITED to our account. So what now? We have to incur FEES for insufficient funds when this issue is clearly NOT mine nor my husband 's FAULT?! We DON'T THINK SO! FIND THE MONEY AND CREDIT the same, PERIOD!
