I XXXX XXXX during Covid 19 Pandemic was not able to make online payments on my mortgage, due to problems with the lenders online platform. I instead made payments by check thru certified mail. I have spoken with lender multiple times and they do not correct the error on there behalf. I still do not have access to my accounts online, and I am now suffering from the negative reporting that should had never been on my file to begin with.
