TransUnion refuses to remove false derogatory information from my credit report. They say that they investigated the issue but as far as I can tell, their investigation lacks any credibility. Apparently they just take the word of anyone who says they are owed money and damages my credit report without having a serious dispute process. I have the right to see the proof of debt and demand that this be provided me. I have a right to a serious dispute process and that my side be taken into account. This was not done. It should be illegal for TransUnion to cause me this harm and refuse to correct it. I need to see all documentation that was provided to them as part of what they claim is their investigative process. I must be able to dispute the false information. They have no proof of a legitimate failure on my part to pay a legal debt, since I do not owe any money that is being claimed and they have no proof ( not unfounded comments ) to the contrary. Attached please find documentation I sent TransUnion and which they have failed to act upon.
