I have an Indigo Mastercard issued by Genesis Financial Services. When I make a payment on the website- it does NOT show as payment pending or payment received under the payments section of the website. I paid my balance in full ( the entire credit line in full ). The next day - the system resets as if you made no payment at all and you still need to make a payment. So I made a second full balance payment to the card. Paid entire balance in full again. I checked the next day ( today ) and the Indigo website still does not show the 1st and/or 2nd payment pending or received and still shows the customer owes money and a minimum payment is due. I called Indigo to make sure I would not miss a payment ( I already made two full balance ( full credit limit ) payments that do not show on their website ). Indigo said yes they received both payments but can not cancel one and their system just works like that. I will have paid TWICE the entire credit limit on the account. The CUSTOMER does not get info on the website regarding payments received after making a payment which would reasonably make any person believe the system did not register the payment and any reasonable person would believe they still owned the balance and would make a second ( duplicate ) payment - the system encourages this!
