Hi, My name is XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I was charged {$900.00} on a Neiman Marcus charge card which is issued by Capital One. I received a statement in XXXX in which I didn't recognize the charge and I called Capital One. The said they would investigate and opened up a case. The case number was XXXX. I received a letter on XX/XX/XXXX stating it was resolved and the charges were reversed. Shortly thereafter I was again charged the full {$900.00}. I made calls both to Capital One and Neiman Marcus. I was I informed that the charge took place in a Neiman Marcus store in XXXX XXXX Florida on XX/XX/XXXX. I was never in XXXX XXXX during that time. I have records that I was physically in NJ that week and I also have XXXX receipts that show my toll history for that week as well. I was never informed what the purchases were that amounted to {$900.00}. In all honestly, I rarely use this card as I haven't been shopping at XXXX much. Capital One was not interested in my proof and got quite nasty with my on the phone. Their explanation was that since I was in possession of a card it had to be me at the store. They declined to send me a receipt or to let me know which card was used since apparently the sent me an updated card in XXXX or XXXX. I normally get emails and transaction alerts on the app when I do make charges and I never received an email or alert in XXXX. My last email and alert on the app was in XXXX for a minor purchase. My phone number is on my profile and always used during purchases to get points on the transaction. For this {$900.00} transaction my phone number was not used and I received no points. I'm frustrated and disappointed in both the lack of transparency with Capital One. I thought they worked with their customers rather against.
