I am reaching out to the CFPB regarding the illegal practices Experian, XXXX XXXX XXXX are engaging in concerning my consumer credit reports. I, XXXX XXXX have had my consumer and privacy rights breached and violated in which I reached out to the credit bureaus respectively and asked them to conduct a reinvestigation into these matter of fraudulent inquiries and collections in which my information was tampered with without my knowledge and consent. I reached out to the credit bureaus in which Experian failed to conduct an investigated and continued to report illegal information in which I will include the attached documentation. XX/XX/2022 Experian received my dispute information and on the XX/XX/XXXX literally the following business day an investigation was completed in which none of the fraudulent inquiries were removed or the collections? This company illicitly ignored my concerns and demand while continuing to furnish inaccurate information that has caused me emotional and financial distress while causing me to lose my job of 15 years. They must be held accountable. The same situation happened with XXXX XXXX XXXX in which they did not conduct a 30 day investigation. XXXX has failed to open a dispute and XXXX opened 3 different disputes all completed within 5-10 days in which I was not notified of the investigation procedures or given the results and why this information is verified in which once again these bureaus simply brushed off my concerns regarding the validity of the information on my credit report. These 3 Credit Bureaus XXXX, Experian, & XXXX must be held accountable for their violations against my privacy and consumer rights under 15 USC 1682 ( b ).
