Consumer Narrative
I requested my refund on XX/XX/25, my piers have already received their refunds from Edfinancial and they requested their refund After I did. I explained to the customer service agent my family is extremely affected by the pandemic but I believe it fell on deaf ears. I was quoted XXXX business days and my friends received a student loan refund from the same company in no-time at all. Im completely unhappy with the inconsistency of info this company provides. They werent even my original loan company, for some reason my loan was transferred to them.
