Good day, I XXXX XXXX, have come to the conclusion regarding my three consumer credit reports have been compromised in terms of my identity. Across XXXX, XXXX & Transunion there is fraudulent inquiries posted that I have attached in an attached documentation along with an auto loan that is tied to my name and an address that I have no association with. This has caused me great emotional, financial, and mental distress as this is inaccurate and in factual as I was XXXX XXXXXXXX so it is impossible for me to have taken out a loan for an auto loan. Upon my investigation and research it appears to be I was added to this account I am not the primary holder which explains that the thieves who compromised my identity used me in order to acquire this auto loan. To my understanding I did not offer consent to use my credit in the attached documentation for this auto loan or apply for any applications of credit for the attached inquiries. The Credit Bureaus have neglected to look into this matter so I am reaching out to the CFPB to get these fraudulent matters removed from my credit report as to not cause me any more harm and distress as I have already been through enough.
