EQUIFAX is in FEDERAL VIOLATIONs as well as in violation against their own Private Date Sharing Policy. EQUIFAX is in violation under 15 USC 1681b for furnishing a consumer report on my behalf the original creditor WITHOUT MY WRITTEN CONCENT. Under the GRAM LEACH BLILEY ACT EQUIFAX IS A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION so there for fall under 15 USC 6802 and 6821. I demanded EQUIFAX to respect my right to privacy and opt out of there improper reporting of the given accounts and demanded EQUIFAX to show me where I have given them CONSENT as stated in their Privacy policy to furnish on and if they could not they MUST DELETE demanded accounts. EQUIFAX HAS NOT PROVIDED THAT REQUESTED INFORMATION. EQUIFAX is in federal violation under 15 USC 1681n 15 USC 1611 15 USC 1644 for fraudulent use of my credit card to furnish a fraudulent report without my consent and committing IDENTITY FRAUD.
