On or around XX/XX/2022, I received a Experian credit report and noticed XXXX is not reporting an accurate open line of credit. Instead on showing the credit and payment history XXXX and or Experian has listed the account as no status effectively impacting my debt to credit ratio and credit score according to the report XXXX is not reporting this information. I believe this technique of ExperianXXXX conveniently not reporting the line of credit is targeting Americans of XXXX descent and designed to lower credit scores and block the consumers purchase finance abilities. I want the CFPB to investigate this practice and find out how many Americans of XXXX descent are impacted by Experian/XXXX refusal to report open lines of credit with timely payment histories and fine all parties involved in this deceptive business practice.
