On or around XX/XX/XXXX, I received and Equifax report and notice they are inaccurately reporting XXXX an current open line a credit with excellent payment history as account in dispute. I have never contacted Equifax or XXXX and disputed my XXXX line of credit. In addition, EquifaxXXXX refused to report any information for the period XX/XX/XXXX, left this information blank effecting my debt to credit ration, current balance and payments effectively impacting the credit scores. I believe this reporting error is intention and designed to lower credit scores of Americans of XXXX descent. I want the CFPB to investigate this deceptive business practice and find out how many Americans of XXXX descent are being impacted by this deceptive reporting practice and hold XXXXEquifax accountable . I also want the CFPB to enact and enforce laws to protect consumer from this type of abusive reporting practice designed to lower American of XXXX descent credit scores.
