From XX/XX/2022 - XX/XX/2022 DISCOVER has been in violation of federal laws by adding late payments on an unexplained adverse action of the account. DISCOVER closed the account and then begin reporting late payments which is a violation OF FCRA. ALL balances and late payments that has been reported are inaccurate information. Also, they have recently stated that the account is 120 days late but is also reporting the account as 150 days late which is also incomplete and inaccurate information. I have sent several notices to DISCOVER regarding the inaccuracies of the account, but they have yet to resolve the issue and continues to report damaging information on my credit report causing me to be unable to obtain credit.
