On XX/XX/XXXX I received notification from the various monitoring mechanisms that I have in place of an account reported as past due and over the limit. I do have an account with the lender but the actual account information doesnt match what is being reported under my name and social security number. My account was opened on or about XX/XX/XXXX the credit alert reports the account was opened on XX/XX/XXXX My account has a current balance of {$420.00}, a statement balance of {$90.00} and a credit limit of {$800.00} the alert reports a balance of {$1500.00}. I have never had a balance nearly that high which in fact exceeds my credit limit. My account has never been delinquent the alert reports my account as delinquent I contacted XXXX via phone on XX/XX/XXXX for resolution I spoke with XXXX who was unable to resolve the issue or offer any explanation. She opened a ticket under XXXX for the appropriate department.
