I opened a XXXX XXXX 12 months ago and handled this obligation without any problems. It was reported as been handled Exemplarily. However, after it was paid off, I opened another account under the same terms and conditions. Then Equifax reported the account closed and it was removed from my credit report, which is contrary to the XXXX XXXX advertisements. An account handled in accordance with the contract was to be closed and stay on the credit report to help improve your credit score by recognizing that you paid off the contract in full and on time. Either Equifax or XXXX XXXX has made a mistake, and I cant get an answer. Could you intercede and help this issue to be resolved??? Thanks, XXXX XXXX XXXX
