On XX/XX/2022 I sent an identity theft report, via certified mail, that was received. This mail included a copy of my driver 's license, social security card, and a utility bill to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and Experian Information Solutions INCXXXX because I am a victim of aggravated identity theft. According to 15 USC 1681c-2 ( a ) a consumer reporting agency must block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than four business days after the date of receipt by such agency. They, the credit bureaus, failed to block and remove all the accounts on the FTC Identity Theft Report. XXXX, XXXX, and Experian are also in violation of 18 USC 1028A for aggravated Identity Theft for furnishing these alleged public records/XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy and accounts. My XXXX credit report is still reporting XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX all of which are fradudlent. My Experian credit report is still reporting 5 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Last, my XXXX credit report is still reporting 2 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts. Please see attached FTC Identity Theft Report. This has caused me tremendous XXXX, stress, and financial hardship.
