On XX/XX/XXXX I sent an identity theft report, via certified mail, that was received. This mail included a copy of my driver 's license, social security card, and a utility bill to Transunion Intermediate Holdings, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX because I am a victim of aggravated identity theft. According to 15 USC 1681c-2 ( a ) a consumer reporting agency must block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than four business days after the date of receipt by such agency. They, the credit bureaus, failed to block and remove all the accounts on the FTC Identity Theft Report. Transunion, XXXX, and XXXX are also in violation of 18 USC 1028A for aggravated Identity Theft for furnishing these alleged public records/XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy and accounts. My credit report is still reporting XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX. Please see attached FTC Identity Theft Report. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent Transunion, XXXX, and XXXX a follow up letter to request they remove the above accounts and they did not. This has caused me tremendous anxiety, stress, and financial hardship.
