On XX/XX/2022 I was served paperwork that a case was filed against my spouse and I in court. XXXX XXXX and the lawyer representing them should be fined. At no time prior to this case being filed were we notified of any alleged debt. We did not receive any written or verbal messages to the fact so we could have disputed this and asked for debt verification. Our rights were violated under Regulation F 12 CFR Part 1006. From the onset prior to being served there was no communication from XXXX Gurstel Law Firm or XXXX XXXX of any alleged debt bought from a debt buyer allowing us to be able to dispute and ask for validation. Case should be immediately removed from Arizona court and never to be able to sue me again or my named spouse on court case.
