I have a issue that I hope you guys can help me with. I have reached out to the credit bureau numerous times and at this point I feel like I am being totally ignored. It all started when I noticed some unauthorized inquiries and account on my credit report. I then sent letters to the credit bureau and got no response, I then reach out to them by phone. I explained what happened and the agent told me that they can not remove anything from my credit report with out a police report, So I went and got a police report and sent it to them and still nothing.
