Account at XXXX 's opened in XX/XX/XXXX The account was charged and used without the actual credit card being swiped as I was tolf it was used inside the store by pulling up account number, and without me knowing the account went into delinquency and later on into collection, the account started being in collection back in XX/XX/XXXX and it is till this day showing my credit report hurting me without any way to remove this fraudulent report from my report
