I observed an unknown and unauthorize transaction on my Capital One card ending for {$60.00}. The transaction took place at on XXXX at XXXX at " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Fl XXXX. As soon as I became aware of the issue, I contracted Captial One. I also stopped by the store where the purchase was made and talked to the store owner. I discovered the store was not even open for customers during the time the charge was made, and the store owner had no receipts for the charge in question and I was able to view the store surveillance video for XX/XX/22 and XX/XX/22 and there was no transaction made by me and no receipts found for a {$60.00} transaction. The store owner even looked at the video surveillance and reported it directly to Captial One with my approval, the conversation was recorded by a Captial One Rep and they still would not provide me with a permanent credit for the charge that is in dispute. I also obtained a police report of the incident because I did make or authorize this transaction. I'm requesting a full credit of {$60.00}.
