This issue has been going on and on and on with this bank and I can never get anyone to help me. I have NEVER been late however THEIR system is so laggy and after I make the payment it doesn't process it until AFTER the due date. I MAKE the payment on time and the system posts it seemingly whenever they feel like it. I have ALL the proof in the world, I have conf # 's and print outs showing it was BEFORE my due date, I have made payments with reps on the phone to prevent this. They are completely destroying my credit with this, what I Can only describe as a scam, I have shown them all this proof they completely ignore it. Its either human error or the payment system but either way this issue is not on MY end, I'm making my payments on time as you can see from my proof ( and this is just one of many )
