On XX/XX/2022, I wrote a letter to the Office of the President, Capital One Bank. Two forms of picture identification and additional documents to verify my identity. I submitted check verification letters for all five deposited checks to The Office of the President, Capital One Bank. On XX/XX/2022. Executive Complaint Case Number : XXXX. Letter from XXXX XXXX, Office of the President, Capital One 360 Bank. The letter tells me that no matter how many identity documents I submit, Capital One Bank will never accept any identity documents I offer. They will never believe I am who I say I am. The five letters of check verification I submitted were all forgeries, and all five checks that I deposited were in my name are fraudentelt, and I never owned them. Capital One 360 Bank will permanently restrict the funds in my account, and the banking relationship between myself and Capital One 360 Bank has been terminated.
