This is a followup complaint to complaint id XXXX. I have filed another dispute -the same dispute - after the complaint was filed. I do not believe Equifax is looking into my dispute. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported multiple missed payments to equifax, those are false and neither XXXX of XXXX have these " late payments ''. When I call the credit card company they say that they can not find me in their system and therefore are unable to assist me. When I asked Equifax how are they verifying this information they tell me they call and speak with someone. Well I'm confused because the actual account holder can't call and be recognized so how can they? I've asked for the contact information they used and it's the same as mine. They never send me ANYTHING in writing about the results, the status or ANYTHING. I just so happen to check online and it says completed but then I can't see any results online so then I have to call and get absolutely nowhere. They are brazenly reporting inaccurate information and are doing nothing or the sort to even be helpful.
