In XXXX, a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX allegedly purchased a debt I supposedly originally owed to XXXX XXXX. I have continued to dispute ever owing this charge. In XXXX, I formally disputed it with all 3 credit bureaus and it was removed from all but Experian. They sent me a formal report ( attached ) stating that the tradeline for XXXX XXXX would be removed in XX/XX/XXXX. I have included a copy of the report from Experian ( please see page XX/XX/XXXX ). In XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted Experian directly and was told the tradeline would be officially removed XX/XX/XXXX. I called on XX/XX/XXXX and was told that the date could potentially be moved to XX/XX/XXXX. The law states that the tradeline can only stay on the report for a maximum of 7 years from the initial default date of the ORIGINAL debt. XXXX XXXX is showing XXXX as the last payment received which already makes it 8+ yrs old.
