EXPERIAN, XXXX, AND XXXX ALL RESPONDED TO MY REQUEST TO VALIDATE AND VERIFY CERTAIN ACCOUNTS ON MY CREDIT REPORT TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE XXXX PERCENT ACCURATE. EXPERIAN RESPONDED ON XX/XX/2022, XXXX RESPONDED ON XX/XX/2022 AND XXXX RESPONDED ON XX/XX/2022. ALL 3 CREDIT BUREAUS STATED THAT THE ACCOUNTS WERE INVESTIGATED, VERIFIED, AND XXXX PERCENT ACCURATE. BUT HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE IF THE ACCOUNTS HAVE DIFFERENT OPEN DATES WHICH ARE ALL INCORRECT, THE DATE LAST ACTIVE IS INCORRECT AND THE DATE LAST REPORTED IS INCORRECT? THIS IS GROUNDS FOR REMOVAL BECAUSE IT IS PROOF THAT AN INVESTIGATION WAS NOT CONDUCTED PROPERLY AND THE INFORMATION IS NOT XXXX PERCENT ACCURATE PER THE LAW. THEY HAVE ALSO VIOLATED MY RIGHTS UNDER 15 U.S.C 1681 SECTION 604 A SECTION 2 : WHICH CLEARLY STATES A CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY CAN NOT FURNISH AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS. I HAVEN'T GIVEN THESE COMPANIES WRITTEN PERMISSION TO FURNISH THESE ACCOUNTS ON MY CREDIT REPORT AS WELL.
