I have opened a checking account in XX/XX/2022 from Citizen banks online promotion for a requirement of {$500.00} direct deposit within 60 days. I have met my requirements and expecting the promotion bonus to be added in my account. I have contacted the customer service in XXXX and told it will be granted in XXXX. However, I waited till XX/XX/2022 but still don't see the bonus come to my account, so I called again on XX/XX/2022. One representative answered my call, and put me on hold for more than 20 mins while I can hear him chatting with someone else, which raise up a concern that he does nothing just putting client on hold?
