Since I had comprehensive coverage my insurance company paid for the repair minus my {$1000.00} deductible. I wanted to renew my car insurance policy on XX/XX/XXXX with the same company XXXX. However they let me know that my monthly rates would be {$100.00} higher because I was involved in at fault accident on XX/XX/XXXX. They told me the company that gave them this information is Lexis Nexis. They said I would have to dispute this record before I can get back my favorable monthly rate. Lexis Nexiss phone number and website doesnt give you an option to dispute your record.
