I recently started using the credit card from Capital One For 2 months I never received a statement. So I called capital one and asked them to mail me the statement for the 2 months of usage. I never the bills. I called again and come to find out capital one had my address wrong in the system. After the correction I finally received my statements. I was charged late fees on 2 different occasions and I was charged four charges of XXXX for cash advances and I only made two cash advances. I did speak with a representative who gave me an complimentary fee waiver of XXXX Then capital one turn around and charged an additional XXXX fee. Ive called to inquire why The man XXXX acted as though he was looking into the problem and he disconnected my call Now when I call I am sent straight to voicemail I need help with my account
