Ive mailed over countless letters to All 3 major credit bureaus and alleged creditors ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) each creditors violated my consumer rights under the FCRA and I stated to XXXX that each creditors was allowed their full 30 days plus additional 15 days to respond back to mailed CERTIFIED letter I requesting verification of debt! Which all failed to do so! Under the consumer law 15 USC 1681eb that i have a right to a complete and UPDATED AND ACCURATE CREDIT REPORTING! Or all can and will be sued in state and federal court!
