For the last several years my addresses on my report have been inaccurate, my DOB has been inaccurate, and credit inquiries that are not mine have shown on my report. Ive been unable to access my report ( only through XXXX XXXX ) the other 3 require identity verification that doesnt apply to me. I contacted an attorney to help, who was actually able to pull a good portion of my report and 90 % of it is inaccurate which leads to the denial of any attempt to receive a loan or credit. I am unable to dispute said inaccurate information due to the fact that every single component of my report is wrong. I can not log in to any of the 3 bureaus, and those bureaus, no matter how many times Ive called or sent in my personal info, changes nothing. My disputes have not been investigated or applied. I have been denied for every loan, credit card Ive tried to get. even the ability to verify my identity to get a loan is hard due to inaccurate information that I am unable to fix alone. There are medical debts, credit cards on my report that are not mine. And during the attempts to get a loan, Ive been asked about my mortgages, student loans, addresses, phone numbers, pet insurance that arent mine in the attempt to receive a loan. Instant denial for loan because they think its not me. Ive exhausted all options, and its became extremely detrimental to my financial, and emotional well-being. I feel absolutely stuck with no way out of the situation. I am aware that I am entitled to an accurate report with the FCRA and I will go to any length I can to resolve it. I can not get approved for student loan, buy a home, approval for credit card, day care, lending companies, leasing companies, or an auto loan because nobody can verify my identity due to the extensive inaccuracies in my report. Theres a woman in my town with the same name, DOB 10 days after mine with a nearly IDENTICAL social security number. ( Her last two digits is XXXX and mine is XXXX ) this is the only difference between the two. She reached out to me in hopes of solving the issue. Weve both been unable to solve the situation on our own. And need help. Our attempts to reach out to each bureau has left us going in circles with no success. Ive reached out to attorneys who do not know how to help me. ( In documents attached, the highlighted yellow ones are inaccurate )
