Hello - I called this morning for Edfinancial to get a request for my refund from the CARES act. After the process they stated they did not know when I would get my refund or when my balance will be reinstated, I find this extremely problematic as I wanted clear transparency from the company to give me a timeline that I can look forward to. I am aware that some other loan servicers have it reinstated after a week or two but I have no clear answer into when I will see this.
