I have reason to believe and do believe PNC Bank has been involved in many crimes against me and my property. They have committed securities fraud at least 3 times sending me fraudulent and different copies of a promissory note and deed of trust in the mail, they have committed mail and securities fraud, violated the Fair Debt Collections act, have refused to validate any debt exists, reporting false information to the credit bureaus that is also private information that they were not authorized to release, violation of RESPA charging fees not allowed as they were standard fees to be considered part of interest, violations of Tila and Reg Z. There violation of UCC 3-501 ( b ) ( 2 ) ( i ), UCC 3-501 ( b ) ( 2 ) ( ii ), UCC 3-501 ( b ) ( 2 ) ( iii ), Utah code 57-1-38 ( 3 ) . They are not Holder in Due Course of the note, they are in violation of public law 73-10, title 31 5118, title 18 XXXX. I have tried to resolve this with them administratively and they have refused and acquiesced. They have received registered mail numerous times since at least XX/XX/XXXX.
