I have an outstanding judgement for a credit card debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have been trying to resolve this since I was notified by mail that I was being sued for a judgement. The debt collector is Couch|Lambert. I have repeatedly called and e-mailed. No one ever answers the phone ( I stayed on for 6 hours one time ) or responds to e-mail. I would like to discharge this debt, but am concerned about the inability to communicate with anyone and do not want to pay on-line without assurances of resolution. It feels like the company doesnt actually exist. I contacted the court and XXXX. The court just has Couch|Lambert and XXXX no longer has the debt on their books. This started in XXXX XXXX XXXX I have been trying to contact Couch|Lambert at least monthly since then. I have not received any communication back to repeated e-mails and voice mails.
