I have disputed public records that are displayed on Credit report from the Credit reporting agencies. They have not furnished proof and claimed that the information was accurate, and it was received from XXXX XXXX. I sent in documents from XXXX XXXX showing that the bankruptcy has been removed from their reporting and it is inaccurate therefore it shouldn't be reporting on my report. this blemish on my report is preventing me from credit from lenders and is defaming my character. I can't seem to get any response in reference from the CRA. Also having the same issue with a XXXX XXXX that is inaccurate. I have also asked the CRA to Furnish information on the validity of this creditor on my report.
