Good Morning This involves Bank of the West. They reported to the credit agencies a 30 day late on my HELOC account XXXX took out a monthly payment with ACH from my XXXX account for over 2 years. I made every payment on time, and was never late. The missed payment occurred for the XX/XX/2022 payment. I found out about it when I got a notice of a change in my XXXX score. I called XXXX, they said they changed my account number, and notified me by mail. I told them I never got the letter. They basically said, too bad. I also said they were taking the monthly payment from XXXX for two years and why did it stop? They said they never took money out each month ( Please see attachment ) I called XXXX and they advised me that ACH means that XXXX was definitely taking the money out each month. I called XXXX and they said they weren't, and that as previously stated they sent me a letter with the account number change ( one letter total ). They wrecked my perfect credit ( see attachment ), I was denied a credit card ( see attachment ), they have been terrible over the phone, and have caused me countless hours of phone calls and follow-up calls. Please Advise Thank you XXXX XXXX
