I've had these items removed previous and they change up the creditor name and amount to re-report and attempt to collect. I've called the number listed on my report and the numbers are disconnected. IC SystemsXXXX is one that's been removed from my report after informing XXXX of fraud/identity theft. It was removed back in 2020.
