On XX/XX/XXXX a lease with XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) was created with XXXX XXXX ( Primary Tenant ) and I ( XXXX XXXX ) was the Roommate. XXXX XXXX agreed, along with the property management of XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX ) for apartement # XXXX. It discloses under # XXXX that " Releasing a m XXXX XXXX ( name of roomate who is moving ) from further liability or responsibility under the lease. This was signed by XXXX XXXX and by myself ( XXXX XXXX - before a notary in XXXX. I have not been at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX since I moved in XX/XX/XXXX. Since then I moved away with reassurance from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that I would be clear of all liability for this unit. I was sent to a collection agency " XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) '' without any notification and no communication. I see that {$6300.00} is reported all 3 of my credit report falsely and unknowingly that impacted my credit scores causing punitive damages. My character was misrepresented and I was unable to get a place in XXXX causing to move out of state and I didn't even know why. My credit score went down XXXX points and it impacted my result of getting a house. I feel XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, along with XXXX XXXX XXXX should be penalized for violated the credit reporting act in so many way. Please follow up on this. My number is XXXX. This was really misleading to have me sign a roommate release and then turn around and bill me charges for a place I didn't live at. I had great credit and never had this happen to me before. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX sold my information to an unauthorized Collection Agency " XXXX XXXX XXXX '. It was illegal for them them to give my private information out to another consumer after I was already released from all liability in a legal signed agreement. I was also mislead by the consumer illegally. Thank you.
