I have an open loan account with Equifax, called Equifax to see whats going on. They have no idea because they do not have loan products. Asked to provide the phone number of the account on my credit file the phone number they provided was the Equifax fraud alert phone number. Equifax told me on the phone XX/XX/XXXX they have no idea what that account even is but kept it on my credit report, because of that account i was not able to get a job.
