This is not a duplicate nor is this complaint filed by a third party. I am filing this complaint myself. Please see this complaint is processed to the letter of the law. I am worn-out of sending dispute letters to Transunion requesting that they correct this mistaken account being stated on my Credit File because they have been doing nothing! This complaint is to follow up my prior protests and letters I submitted on XX/XX/XXXX and to notify them that I am halfway of taking lawful action and litigate Transunion for their headstrong nonfulfillment of the FCRA statute. Only if they took time to update and correct the account on my Credit report, then I may halt filing proceedings against Credit reporting agencies.
