15 U.S. Code 1681- Congressional findings and statement of purpose ( 3 ) Consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role in assembling and evaluating consumer credit and other information on consumers. ( 4 ) There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. Experian did not fulfill their obligation and GRAVE responsibility. Experian acted in an unfair manner and was partial. Furthermore, Experian did not hold respect to my right to privacy. 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. They never had the right to start the report nor did I give Experian written or other expressed consent or permission to start this report from the beginning.
