On XX/XX/XXXX, I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX and filled out a credit card application. I was given a credit card, however I never entered into a contract with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX because I only filled out a credit card application. There were never any terms of an agreement, payment schedule, or annual percentage rate disclosed to me as required under the Truth In Lending Act. There was never a contract signed by me agreeing to any terms. XXXX XXXX XXXX of Truemper, Titiner & Brouch , Ltd filed a complaint on XX/XX/XXXX alleging there was credit card agreement that said I agreed to paying interest in the amount of XXXX XXXX, paying late payments, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees, but there was no agreement given to me that was signed stating I agreed to the terms. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX of Truemper, Titiner & Brouch filed a citation to discover assets which was unfair and deceptive because there was never any evidence presented stating I agreed to the alleged terms stated in the complaint. XXXX XXXX XXXX of Truemper, Titiner & Brouch engaged in unfair and deceptive debt collection practices by filing a complaint and then issuing a citation to discover assets which has had me going to court for over a XXXX. XXXX XXXX also called me on at least XXXX occasions and used abusive language and hung up on me when he didn't like my answers.This is unfair because XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX violated XXXX and engaged in deceptive practices by leading me to believe I was filling out a credit card card application, when in fact they were using that application to get credit on my behalf which is also identity theft because this was never disclosed to me.
