Selene Finance failed to make my insuracne payment despite monies for insurance payments being made into escrow account. Upon renewal day for my insurace I recieved a call from insurance company that my policy was being canceled. I had to pay {$10000.00} on the spot to aviod cancelation. There is currently over {$16000.00} in my esrow account with my taxes due in XXXX being around {$7000.00} XX/XX/22 - spend 4 hours on the phone with Selene only to be told nothing could be done XXXX - spend 3 hours on phone with Selene to be told that in fact I was corrent, insurane was actually escrowed XX/XX/22 - recieve voice mail from selene stating " information has been updated and we will make your payment for you next year '' XX/XX/22 - Call Selene to ask about getting refund for extra escrow money being held. Unable to get anyone helpful on the phone
