Problem 1. i woke up to a XXXX point drop in my credit score. When u called trans union they explained to me that XXXXXXXX XXXX reported i owed them XXXX dollars. But they reported that back in XXXX, and dropped my credit score then. It should not now be randomly dropping my credit score again months later and definitely NOT XXXX points. So then i asked about that the rep then continued on to say i was over my credit limit on my XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. Well thats Not true. Then he says well this Was back in XXXX, last year. Again, my credit score was already dropped last year because of that so why now randomly out of the blue youre saying Im over my credit limit. I fought covid in XXXX and for three months struggle to get things back. You can not drop my score at the time of the changes and again now almost a year later. I have a XXXX XXXX on there from XXXX. In which i disputed because my contact with them was for XXXX dollars a month and they continued to charge over XXXX a month. They breeched that contract not me. You dont get to sign a contract for a specific amount and then charge whatever you want. Life dont work that way. I had XXXX XXXX removed from my credit score back in XXXX and now theyre back on there. Trans union could not explain to me why i was being dinged for things that Ive already taken a hit for. My score was XXXX before covid and i cant continue to take songs on my credit at any random time for any random reason. I accept that my credit score tanked when i had covid. I dont accept being singed twice for the same things. And for XXXX whole points. I called and the rep could not answer any of my questions, just kept reading off some script of how the credit system works. Im XXXX i know how the credit system works. Then rep hung up on me when i got upset. If you have customer service reps who cant deal with upset consumers then they should not be working in that field. Im upset, deal with it, its literally your whole job. Now my credit score is so low that i cant even provide a roof over my kids head. STOP DOUBLE DIPPING MY SCORE.
